Complete Turnout Assemblies

Switches, crossings, closure rails, sleepers, fastenings and associated interfaces brought together within one coordinated track arrangement, developed around defined operating requirements, track geometry and applicable customer specifications.

Diamond Crossings

Enable two tracks to intersect within a defined layout. The complete arrangement is developed around crossing angle, track centres, rail interfaces, wheel-transfer zones and applicable operating conditions.

Scissor Crossovers

Combine intersecting crossover routes within a compact track area. Their interconnected geometry requires coordinated design across switches, crossing zones, rails, sleepers and operating interfaces.

Design Detailing
Controlled drawings and models define the geometry, interfaces and manufacturing information required for each component.
Component Development
Materials, casting methods, machining routes, fabricated elements and inspection requirements are developed around the approved layout.
Interface Review
Rail connections, mating surfaces, fastening positions, sleeper locations and operating interfaces are reviewed before regular production.
Validation
Initial products and assemblies are checked against the applicable dimensions, material requirements and acceptance criteria.
Repeat Production
Once validated, approved production and inspection information is standardised for controlled repeat manufacture.
